Chaim Sztajer worked carrying bodies in Treblinka for one year. Many survivors dispute his version of what happened. The book “Treblinka” is a major historical study, and highlights the German use of psychological techniques. It differs significantly from the picture presented by Sztajer. Treblinka and the holocaust are also viewed through the lens of the Jewish religion. Henry will discuss his story “Next Year in Jerusalem”, combining and comparing the three methodologies.
