Ruta's book "Our People" came out in Lithuania in 2016 and instantly became a bestseller in the country and created a national scandal. The book already came out in Israel, Poland, Sweden, Russia and USA and soon will be published in Japan and Ukraine. Ruta did not stop her research after all her books were removed from the bookshelves in her home country. Ruta teamed up with the world’s leading expert on the Holocaust in Lithuania, Dr. Christoph Dieckmann. Their new book "How Did It Happen?" will be self-published in Lithuania in June 2020.
