This is an experiential session. In this time of vulnerability, unmoored from the so-called 'normal', how do we live in connection to something deeper than our shifting fears and hopes? Through chant, silent meditation, and Torah, we practise intimacy with what sustains our ability to respond to ever-changing conditions with compassionate action.
